Kortlen FINALLY got to start preschool this week! YEAH HOO!!! (He missed the whole first month since we were in St. George.) I don't know if he was more excited for school or to get to wear his new Star Wars back-pack... I was nervous that he would be scared because this is his first year to go to school and he has always stayed home with me... Thankfully this wasn't an issue! He woke up that morning and said, "mom, you're probably going to miss me while I'm at school today, but you and Tristen can't come... You guys have to stay home and get your work done." My little boy is growing up (sigh.)

Ahh, the double edged sword of your oldest heading off to school...Nice break for mom, but so sad to see them growing up! He is a cutie. I can't believe how much he looks like you.

First day jitters are always hard on everybody. And I must say, that's an awesome backpack. I'd be excited to wear it, too! :)
