We did it!!!

We made it through the first week with new little Ross... What an angel baby! (I'm still holding my breath but it is possible that not EVERY baby will have colic?) I'm VERY happy to announce that big brother Tristen FINALLY decided that he wanted to hold little Ross! It took a few days of convincing but now he's hooked!

We've had quite a few "melt downs" by both big brothers so we make sure the "holding and kissing" are equally distributed!

Kort has been a REALLY big help and has been officially named "the baby checker". He gives me minute by minute reports as to what Ross is doing at all times. Who needs a baby monitor when you have a four year old?

I am so lucky that my mom and dad have been here the whole week to help us adjust to being a family of five! My mom did ALL of the cooking and cleaning and taking care of children so I could rest... What would I ever do without her? Thanks mom and dad! I love you both so much!!!

Aw, he's so cute! When can I come to visit? I'm dying to hold him.

Did you name him Ross after anyone in particular?

Congrats on making it through the first week!

Here's hoping Ross continues to be a quiet little guy. I can't imagine dealing with colicky babies. You're a saint for all you do!
